I’m a software engineer specializing in enterprise software systems and applied artificial intelligence — large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), model evaluation, and AI safety.

I currently design, build, and modernize mission-critical internal software at Heraeus Covantics. Alongside that, I do independent research on how AI systems behave once they leave the demo and meet real users at scale — why retrieval quality often beats model size, how to evaluate LLM output honestly, and where deployed systems fail (including prompt injection).

I write for the practitioner community — published in SD Times, TDWI Upside, and Techstrong — and I was recognized as a Top-3 machine-learning writer on HackerNoon. I peer-review for the computing journal Informatica and speak on practical, data-driven AI at data & AI conferences.
